- Preparation
- & Usage To Prepare: Lightly knead the marzipan until pliable, roll out to the size of the cake on a surface lightly dusted with icing sugar
- Spread a thin layer of warmed jam over the top of the cake
- Place the marzipan in position and trim off any surplus
- Allow to dry for 1-3 days before covering with icing
