Pesto with Tomato and “Aceto Balsamico Di Modena PGI” (Vinegar of Modena)
Pesto Barilla Rosso is made from tasty tomatoes and Modena PGI Balsamic Vinegar. These ingredients combine to create a delicious, creamy pesto worthy of being the main dish at a quick lunch or dinner.
Mix the pesto into the pasta, adding a little water to help the pesto stick to the pasta and create a silky sauce. Use approx. 40g pesto for 80g dried pasta and add a little olive oil. Or spread from the jar onto bruschetta and crackers for delicious antipasti.
